Here's how we handle shipping

General information (external shipping)

We can ship your order to all of the regions of Russian Federation, all around EU, and to many countries in Asia. When you're going through a checkout process, you'll have to choose the destination country with an interactive search widget. If you can find your country there, you can safely purchase things in our store, and we'll ship it there.

Your order is going to be processed and shipped after successful payment. You can pay for your products with a Visa or a Mastercard bank card using the secure Yandex.Kassa payment gateway.

Make sure you pay attention to the sizes grid of EACH particular product before you place an order or make a payment. Different products may have different measures for the same size.

Shipping outside of Russia

We ship orders outside of Russia via EMS Russian Post service. Unfortunately, it only provides the shipping cost in RUB currency and we apologize for the inconvenience.

You can check the shipping time estimates (ENG) at the Russian Post website.

Domestic shipping (regions of Russia)

Shipping to the regions of Russia is done via local Russian Post service. Depending on how far you are from Moscow, the shipping usually takes between 4 to 20 business days.

Regional shipping (domestic) costs 250 - 450 RUB, regardless of how many items you've bought.

How your order is actually being shipped

Russian Post offices are open Monday to Saturday. We will ship your order in 1 or 2 business days after you've made a successful payment.

After Russian Post has started processing your parcel, you will get a tracking code sent to the email you've registered with on our website or specified during the checkout. Please check the "Spam" folder in your email dashboard to make sure that the message with the tracking code is not lost due to the email automatic filtering. You can also get your tracking code from account dashboard on our website.

Before placing an order or making a payment, please make sure that the measures of EACH of the products you ordered is exactly what you wanted. Refer to the measures in the size grid for each product.

Return and refund policy

You can request a return and a refund of your purchase if you find a defect in the purchased products or there's something missing from your parcel, or you've got the wrong product. To confirm it, you will need to contact us and send us photos of the defect, and the number of your order.

General information (Moscow)

We provide two types of delivery services in Moscow: pickup and courier.

Or you can simply come to shop at our offline store, located near "Tulskaya" subway station, at Kholodilny pereulok 3, "Roll Hall" mall, row 3, box 62/2.


Pickup is free of charge. You can pay for your order in cash on the spot.

"Tulskaya" subway station, at Kholodilny pereulok 3, "Roll Hall" mall, row 3, box 62/2. That's where you need to go to pick up your order.

When your order is ready for pickup, you'll see its status change to "Ready for pickup" in your account dashboard on our website. If the product is in stock at our offline store, you'll be able to pick it up on the same day. We will reserve the products from your order for 2 days after you make the order. If you don't pick it up by that time, it's going to get cancelled.

Don't want to order from our online store at all? Come to our offline store any day between 12:00 and 21:00 and pick something to your liking right there.

Courier (inside MKAD, or Moscow Ring Road)

Our courier will deliver your order to you at the specified address the following day from the day you placed that order in our online store, or the day after. Just pick the time.

We provide courier delivery services only inside MKAD (or Moscow Ring Road)!

Courier delivery will cost 400 RUB

You will not be able to choose between different sizes at the time of delivery. Please refer to the size grids of the products you order in advance.

In case something from your order doesn't fit, you can come to our offline store and replace that item with the right size for you.

You have a right to refuse to receive your order at the time of courier delivery, but then not only will you have to not only pay the courier fee, but 100% extra on top of that — for the courier's way back to the storage facility to return the products you refused to receive.
